Moving forward I will…

• BE ACCESSIBLE to our membership by having regular office hours for members to stop by or book appointments

• BE ACCOUNTABLE initiate fulsome monthly reports in our members voice to the membership from all sectors

• CREATE OPPORTUNITIES by implement hybrid meetings within the first 3 months to help create synergies across all the sectors of our local

• SHOW UP and attend worksites to meet members and inform employers that a union works here and we are united!

• OPEN GOVERNANCE by providing access to the locals policies so everyone knows the basis that governs our decisions

• UNION FIRST ensuring our dues support union made purchases first and local businesses second

• SOLIDARITY by showing up and supporting our members who are struggling with their employer, and joining them in addressing workplace issues and concerns

• EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES by executing an annual process for members to apply for committee work which would allow for a balance division of involvement

• FOLLOW THROUGH by listening and implementing prompt action to issues and concerns in your workplace
